Yes, but it is not 100% guarantee. Royal Thai Embassies and Royal Thai Consulates-General have the authority to issue visas to foreigners to travel to Thailand. The authority to permit entry and stay in Thailand, however, is with the immigration officers. In some cases, the immigration officer may not permit foreigner holding a valid visa entry into Thailand should the immigration officer find the reason to believe that he or she falls into the category of aliens prohibited from entering Thailand under the Immigration Act B.E. 2522 (1979).
The Royal Thai Embassy wishes to announce that the Thai Government will launch the “Multiple – Entry Tourist Visa (METV)” scheme as of 13 November 2015. The validity of METV is six (6) months and the duration of stay is up to sixty (60) days per visit. This METV will replace “double” (2) and “triple” (3) entries visa schemes.
